Very professional and thoughtful.

I need a cataract surgery but can no6t lay flat due to regurgitation (Gurt?) which was relayed prior to the visit. After going through several exams and trips from Hagerstown to Bethesda we were informed John Hopkins can not perform that procedure by Dr. Que and fairly rudely manor also.

Dr. Que was amazing - excellent diagnosis and treatment, extremely patient, asked great questions, listened very well, and prescribed a medicine that worked great, and that too on the first try! This was my first visit with Dr. Que. I was experiencing multiple eye issues for over 8 months and the medicines that the prior two doctors at a different practice prescribed did not cure me but Dr. Que fixed my persistent, very painful problems! I'm grateful for Dr. Que's expertise and his empathy! The lady who did my pre-doc checks was also very efficient and courteous!

The necessity to use the drops in my eyes was explained to me, where the reason for using them was never explained.

Dr Que was extremely knowledgeable and explained the cataract surgery very well. I have a follow up appointment to see how my cataracts are progressing.

This is my first visit to Dr. Que. I previously went to the Eye Surgeon and Physicians in Chevy Chase, sine 2005. My doctor, [staff] recently retired and getting to Chevy Chase was not as easy to get to given that I live in Arlington. I am over the moon happy that Johns Hopkins Wilner Eye Institute is now in Arlington.

Dr Que didn't give me information unless I asked for it. For example, he didn't tell me the results of the eye chart exam I had to ask as he was leaving the room His response was it's fine 20/20. Also he said I need additional OTC eye drops but didn't explain what kind. I was not satisfied with this visit. Dr Que was obviously in a hurry. I had to wait a long time to see him.

The visit went fine. When I read the clinical notes in my chart after, there were things in there that we had not discussed and I wish we had. I got more information from googling the term I saw for my eye condition in the notes.

The primary care doctor really didnt seem to be all that professional when dealing with me. The nurse who I saw first was wonderful and was the only reason the appointment wasnt a waste of time.
