I waited 11 months for this appointment but Dr. Ratchford was absolutely worth the wait. She knew everything about my history. She didn't rush at all and explained everything very clearly. She's an extremely knowledgeable and professional Doctor and I liked her very much!

Dr. Ratchford is a wonderful, pleasant doctor. She listens well and is always well prepared to explain my condition and make new recommendations if she is confident it will be beneficial to my overall health.

First visit. I was amazed that Dr. Ratchford assessed my chart and asked questions as soon as she saw me down in August 2026 as new patient (soonest available). She did not want me to wait if she was not the appropriate specialist. She then put me on the top of the waitlist as urgent any saw me on her first cancellation. Dr. Ratchford knew all the finite details of my scans, tests, history, etc.more so than any doctor I have ever seen and I have seen a fair few. Most impressed with every single aspect of visit.
