Elise Ng, MD

Dr. Elise Ng is a superb physician. On Dec. 18 she removed squamous cell carcinoma from the left cheek of my face in a manner that left my face quite symmetrical. She continues to monitor the scar every 3 months and offers very helpful detailed advice about care for the scar as well as about how to protect myself from UV light. She listens to all of my questions and answers them thoroughly.

I would have given 10 to Dr Ng , but for an almost hour delay in the appt. I believe this was a function of the surgery schedule.

The surgeon, Dr. Elise Ng, was excellent. Performed the procedure perfectly, was very friendly, explained every step in much detail, and gave very clear instructions on care for the wound and post-surgery behavior. Her assistant, [staff], was excellent as well, performed procedures and gave me very easy-to-understand explanations and instructions. A week later, [staff] removed sultures and was also exceptionally nice and provided me with very clear further instructions. The front desk ladies were also very courteous and helpful. Overall, EXCELLENT++.

Highly talented, personable, skilled. She did an amazing job sewing up a very sensitive, prominent spot on my face where there's little room to maneuver. She apparently got the basal cell carcinoma and clean edges on the first swipe, so that was a relief.
