I was a few minutes late as I first went to the wrong location. When I got there, there was a long line to see a receptionist to check in. At that point, the receptionist was unsure if the doctor would still see me and needed to check with him. He agreed to see me and was very nice and knowledgeable and addressed my issue. I was so pleased and relieved to have my medical issue addressed so thoughtfully.

Dr. Nguyen is competent, kind but seems rather busy. Takes care of business but doesn't spend much time chatting.

I had a very positive visit. The Dr. Gave me his opinion of what he thought my condition was but needed an MRI to confirm and ordered one for me.

Dr. Nguyen answered my questions thoroughly. I gave him a wrong answer as to how many prior hand injections I had. I forgot injections I had years ago, so I have now had three injections in each hand.

I see a lot of providers for various reasons and generally feel heard and receive empathy even if my complaint is not related to any serious health issue. I didn't feel heard in the appointment and while OT may always be the first line treatment for a cyst, the provider said I was to have two months of OT and then we'd reassess. That just seems like a long time and didn't take into consideration previous physical therapy sessions that I've had this calendar year nor the cost of two months of OT co-pays.

Dr. Duc Minh Nguyen is excellent. One of THE BEST doctors I have seen. He is very kind, very understanding of my needs. He was very considerate and was very patient. A very big Thank you for making my visit one of the best.
