Dorothea dickens, kind, respectful and made me feel important. I was comfortable and she listened empathetically. I will return to the clinic due to her care.

Dottie is the best obgyn I've seen, and though I am young and have only seen a few for birth control consultations, she has helped me navigate birth control with my mental health and my parents' concerns for me being on birth control. She is the sweetest, most respectful woman ever and I am so glad I've been able to continuously able to schedule with her. Additionally, she is very receptive to mychart messages, responding quickly and refilling prescriptions/sending routine orders for STD testing.

She was great and made me feel very comfortable. We swabbed for group b strep and she made it easy. She was comforting and knowledgeable. Fantastic bedside manner and I could tell she was very experienced.

I waited in the waiting room for 20 minutes before being called back and, after the standard nurse checks, waited another ~15 min for the provider. I would appreciate faster appointments.

Dottie was great- I had been inquiring about a flu shot while pregnant and couldn't get clear answers from a few people. Dottie gave me a straight answer and helped me with my decision. She's also extremely friendly and made the visit feel so easy.

Dottie was very competent, but the appointment was very rushed. After a pelvic exam, I was not given any wet wipes to clean myself and had to use the paper gown. It would have been more pleasant to have a minute to calm down, clean up snd then chat about concerns.

An hour late, didn't excuse the tardiness and the visit felt very rushed.

I only had one visit with provider as she is not my usual provider. I saw this provider because I was unable to get an appointment with my provider in a timely manner.

The nurse who brought me to the room and checked blood pressure was polite but in a rushed state. Asked for information and expected an answer while taking the blood pressure.

Keep it up, you're doing amazing! I will highly recommend you to a family member or friend!

This was my first appointment with Dottie and she was excellent she was personable, relatable, and answered all my questions and concerns.

Despite my last minute appointment, I did not have to explain anything about my medical history to her, she understood I am transgender and the implications this has about my gyno care without needing any explanation & she did not make it seem like me being trans was inconvenient for her, which is a common experience for me.
