I felt that I had an emergency on a Friday late afternoon, he couldn't see me right away but made sure to call me and assess my situation, giving me peace of mind that I didn't have to go to the ER. Was given an appointment that following Monday

The provider should slow down his speech and use laymen's terminology. It was hard to follow his questions and instructions. He moved efficiently but too fast. It felt as though there was an immediate timer as soon as we entered the room. The experience felt robotic.

Dr Brown was very considerate and seemed to be very knowlegable within his field of expertise.

Dr. Brown was very easy to talk to and listened to me. I appreciated his kindness.

He was very thorough and tested my eyes with many different lenses. The only downside was that he would have to hold lenses in front of the set I was provided. He could not always hold them steady enough for me to properly evaluate which lens of two was the sharper.

While he is very knowledgable In medicine, he needs to Improve his patient communication. He was a little curt and dismissive to my comments.

He was gentle, polite, and talked to me during the exams, explaining what he was doing and what my eye condition was.

I thought Dr. Brown did a very good job of describing the issue I was experiencing, its cause, potential effects if left untreated, and presenting options. He gave his explanations sometimes using technical terms but explaining them as he spoke. In short, he left me feeling confident in the medical I was receiving.
