Dr. Srikumaran performed cataract surgery on my left eye. I was a very anxious patient and this provider took excellent care of me. She spoke to me before surgery and during surgery when necessary.

As you know, she is one of the best in the country. She is a Master Teacher. Her empathy and sophisticated understanding of others is unusual. I want to steal her for one of my companies but I doubt her dedication to what she does would allow it. I therefore won't try. Doctor explained everything I need to know about cataract surgery.

Skilled, responsive, and informed. She seemed to want to direct me to another ""class"" of providers, mainly Optometrists not MDs. She was firm on her conviction about causes for visual dysfunctions, but quickly referred me to another specialty, period. Finding alternative specialists became my problem (""Perhaps your PC doctor could help"".) Other than discovering my single surprising visual loss was caused by non eye dysfunctions, one felt rather vulnerable.
