I came to the appointment as a follow up to an earlier problem. As it turned out, I developed an illness shortly before the appointment, but after having a course of treatment by my regular PCP. Diana was able to both do the follow up and address the ongoing lingering effects of the illness. I was also adjusting to the fact that my husband has just experienced a stroke and was in the hospital. Diana's approach was both professional and caring.

She provided a thorough examination, to include a test that had never been done by previous ENTs. The results of the test showed that I was truly in need of antibiotics. In addition, she took the time to listen to my particular history of issues, which was important in determining some of the root causes of my maladies. Further, after fruitful discussion, she expressed an understanding of my challenges and offered to use the app for messaging communication, when I felt I was in need of immediate consultation.

Diana listed carefully to my challenges with imbedded ear wax, and worked carefully to remove it. One small piece is still attached to the ear drum, and she prescribed some drops to use for the next 2 weeks prior to a follow up visit.
