Dr. Derek Fine has been my nephrologist for over 15 years, and I truly can't say enough good things about him. Throughout my health journey, he has always been incredibly compassionate, attentive, and supportive. During some very difficult times with my health, he has consistently been present, responsive, and genuinely invested in my well-being. It's rare to find a physician who combines such medical expertise with true kindness and empathy. I'm very grateful to have him as my doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of excellent kidney care.

Dr Fine is an incredible doctor but has empathy that most others do not. Dr. Fine was prepared, asked pertinent questions, and was genuinely interested in me and my unique circumstances surrounding my heart transplant and its impact on kidney health. He allayed concerns I had(and that my primary care provider had raised). We will repeat the bloodwork and have another visit a year from now as a follow up unless things change.
