I thought that the visit would last 20 minutes. Instead, the provider carefully reviewed and corrected discrepancies in my record. She carefully examined me. I was surprised that the visit took an hour.

This was a pre-op apptmt scheduled thru MyChart. Appointment and follow up blood draw were very efficient and highly organized and on time. Everyone was personable and professional.

Ms. Smith's bedside manner could use some work. She asked If I was wearing a shirt that said Baltimore on it bc I wasnt from here and was trying to make a statement w/ my shirt. Why this sort of comment needs to be made in a pre-op appt is beyond me. Just stick to what we are here for and let me go about my day. I dont care to correct your assumptions or poor attempts at banter.
