She took the time to explain some exercises and tips to move forward after my surgery. She was easy to talk, approachable and I love the way she injected humor into her care.

The provider was over 30 minutes late entering the exam room. There was no explanation for the delay. I left the exam room to use the restroom within the office space after waiting 25 minutes for the provider. I saw the provider sitting in their office space.
