She was so sweet!

Provider was excellent. Every time I go to this office I am assigned a different provider, but next time I will ask for this provider and see if I can have her again. She was warm, caring and understanding. In all my years of getting an annual gynecological exam, this was the first time the provider did not use a speculum. It was so much better and less painful.

Mrs. Heinbaugh was amazing. I would recommend her any time. She was friendly, took her time, was knowledgeable, and showed care!

She was good overall

Dawn was really great. Pap smears are never fun, but this was honestly the least unpleasant one in my many years. Further, she was kind and talked me through my options. I randomly chose her from a list of available appointments online, but she is my new favorite GYN provider.

I felt rushed through my appointment, and left without any constructive guidance about my health concerns.
