He was a rare combination of an expert researcher and treating physician--that's what I needed and he provided critical information for me to slow down the progression of my situation. I made a mistake and was scheduled for the next day with another physician--I came from Idaho. He took me ahead of his patients and spent 1.5 hrs. Explaining and sharing the latest research and prognosis. I couldn't have asked for more.

Dr Rastall's assistant was very thorough and provided a basis of information for Rastall prior to him seeing me.

I found the provider to not be very helpful or informative. He simply confirmed a previous diagnosis from my past provider. No new information given on how to proceed. All the information given is readily available on various online sources.

Very thorough, professional, kind, and considerate. This was my first visit. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Rastall to resolve my medical issue.

Doctor was over an hour late getting to the office and no one seemed to know where he was.

Dr. Rastall valued my explanation of my symptoms and experiences. He listened very intently and asked very specific clarifying questions and made sure we were on the page every step of the appointment.

Dr. Rastall Is obviously expert in treating vertigo and good at explaining matters simply and clearly. But he was more brusque than usual during my most recent visit and didn't seem to have time to let me talk, so I forgot to ask him some basic questions about my current condition. I also felt from his comments that he was putting me into patient ""categories"" rather than acknowledging my individuality.

He was thorough, and made things easy to understand...I wish I had reordered the session - a LOT of info was given out...my husband accompanied me, as even with two of us, its hard to remember all!
