My primary provider does an amazing job and always listens to any concerns or questions that I have.

My provider is very patient. She here's me clearly. She teaches me how to read my chart. I trust her with my health.

Dana & [staff] are exceptional care providers! Always willing to discuss my needs and answer my questions! I feel very safe discussing any medical or mental health questions with either of them. I have concerns about my falls within the last year, and they carefully review my medications and medical conditions to provide reminders to ask my other providers (cardiology, GI, neurology, pulmonary, etc) for their suggestions. Dana has referred me to home health assessments & interventions. All referrals are printed out & highlighted for my need to have documentation of these entities and their location & contact info.

Dana is extremely attentive, knowledgable & a very good communicator. She was well informed of my previous history with Suburban hospital and all of my tests and results from recent lab work. She even in-structed me to stop taking a medicine now that I no longer needed to control my diabetes since I am taking Monjuro injections for weight loss & diabetes and my A1C is now 5.8. This was my first visit and my physical in May 2026 will be my next appointment with Dana. She is so thorough, competent and friendly.

I wish I could tap into wisdom as a midwife, not that it's applicable anymore but I do believe she has more to offer than she currently does due to need to make referrals. I have seen her for some years now for my annual Medicare Wellness checkup and I have been happy with these visits

Dana Fleischhacker was clearly up to date on my records, asking both general and specific questions about outcomes of past surgeries, procedures, and test results. She closed by asking in two different ways whether I had any more concerns. I appreciated her knowledge of my medical history in her explanations of what changes in everyday function s are typical versus those of concern. Her referrals included a blood test given my low blood pressure and referral for a consult with a dietitian given recent loss of weight.

I was pleased that she and my primary doctor consulted before my appointment.
