Daliah Halboni, CRNP

Daliah Halboni, C.R.N.P., is a family medicine nurse practitioner with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. N.P. Halboni received her bachelors of science in nursing (B.S.N.) from Frostburg State University and her masters of science in nursing (M.S.N.) from Walden University in Baltimore, MD. 
 
N.P. Halboni has expertise in primary care and family medicine. She was previously a critical care nurse for Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Howard County General Hospital. As a family medicine provider, she is committed to providing high quality care to her patients. She respects her patients’ opinions, listens to your health concerns and ensures a supportive, collaborative and empathetic relationship with all of her patients. If needed, she will connect her patients to helpful community and medical resources that can help them better navigate health concerns and improve their quality of life.
 
N.P. Halboni is a Palestinian American. A Midwesterner at heart, she was born and raised in Michigan. N.P. Halboni is married and a proud mother to a daughter and a son. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, riding roller coasters, traveling and spending time with her family.
