Dr. Cybill Esguerra is a clinical instructor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her clinical interests and expertise include general obstetrics, well-woman care, menstrual disorders, contraceptive management, adolescent gynecology, and gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Esguerra attended medical school at Saint Louis University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital New Brunswick in New Jersey where she served as Administrative Chief Resident.
Dr. Esguerra chose to practice Obstetrics and Gynecology in order to provide continuity of care throughout a woman's lifetime. She strives to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care at the highest medical standards. Outside of the office, Dr. Esguerra enjoys Pilates and exploring new cities.

Dr. Esguerra is the best provider I have ever seen. She is welcoming, friendly, and has the best bedside manners. She puts patients at ease with her respectful approach. She takes time to carefully listen to patients concerns, ask relevant follow up questions, and then present options for the patient to proceed with. She creates a warm, calming, and approachable environment.

Dr. Esguerra was exceptional. She was thorough, genuinely caring, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure that my health needs were handled and she addressed my concerns with the utmost patience and compassion. Importantly for a Gyn, she took the time to explain every step of the examination and was so gentle, that I did not feel It. She is a blessing to the practice and her patients. I will refer many women to her.
