I have been seeing doctors at Hopkins for about 12 years for frontal fibrosis alopecia. Other doctors did not believe me when I told them I was losing my hair. Doctors at Hopkins believed me from the beginning and have been kind and very supportive. Dr Aguh could not be any nicer, listens to what I have to say, explains new theories about my condition, and I feel she has my best interests at heart. I feel very privileged to have had wonderful doctors since the beginning of my treatments, and Dr. Aguh is definitely one of my favorites.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Aguh. SHE SAVED MY LIFE!!! She identified a tiny spot on my leg, which I had not even noticed. It was a rare melanoma and according to my surgeon, it would not have been unreasonable to have missed it or not biopsied it. Due to Dr Aguh's comprehensive examination and subsequent biopsy, my cancer was caught at stage one, saving me from complications and saving my life. My family and I are deeply grateful and indebted to Dr Aguh!

Extremely knowledgeable & great communicator. I feel very confident about her treatment plan for my condition. I travel from Pennsylvania because her care is more progressive & aggressive for my condition.

She was good at explaining my diagnosis, however did not receive anything in writing on the name of the specific diagnosis. Just the general term is in my chart.

I would recommend Dr. Aguh for her knowledge. The caveat is that she is very heavily booked with initial appointments being scheduled more than a year out. It is only for that reason I would be hesitant to recommend her office; it is no reflection on the doctor.

She was very dismissive of my questions and concerns, and it seemed like she was more interested in wrapping up quickly than actually problem solving the issue at hand. She had a narrative that was different than my prior visit, and nothing I said would invite a broader, nuanced line of thinking on her end. I did not feel listened to or that my concern was adequately addressed with a proper evidence-based explanation to justify her rationale.

The visit felt rushed. I waited a full year to see this specialist. Her associates spent time with me and when she arrived she spoke quickly and was documenting me to them. She did not engage with me as a person. No enquiries about how my condition was affecting me In my life or questions about me at all. When I asked more questions she said my hour was up and that we could speak more at my next appt appointment in six months.

Dr Aguh was the most thorough provider I've had to identify signs of Lipus both in my skin and hair. In addition she was the first provider in a decade to suggest alternatives to my current medication and to order test to determine exactly what type of Lupus I had. I only wish I'd been able to see her sooner. There was an extensive wait list to see her. I now understand why.

Dr Aguh is the best in her field. She knows hair and skin and providers the best solution to your problem. She's friendly, warm and caring, I love Dr. Aguh.
