Colleen Mary Leavitt, MD, MPH

I went in for an annual check up to establish care with Dr. Leavitt. I really liked her and will keep her as my primary care doctor. She is kind and was responsive to my concerns. The medical assistant, [staff], was also lovely, kind, and respectful.
