Dr. Kane was the first provider to take my issue seriously. He listened, asked questions and genuinely seemed to want to help me with my issue. I walked away feeling like I had been heard and like I have an advocate in this process.

Dr. Kane is very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained things very well and took the time to answer all my questions.

Having never met this provider, from the questions he asked and the way he responded to my questions, it was apparent that he had read previous chart information so he had a good understanding of my history and the reason for my appointment. Also I have a severe hearing loss, and he was careful and patient about the way we were communicating.
