We are incredibly grateful for the care provided by Dr Richardson. He is so patient and kind with our child and always provides clear answers and explanations with several options for care and his guidance in what choice might be best for our family. I am sure that he has positively impacted our children's future in many ways. He is a fantastic physician and person. Burnout among healthcare workers is such a problem, and he is a gem in spite of the difficult working conditions in the modern climate of care.

Dr. Cody needs to improve his approach when speaking with children. His manner is often very negative and unnecessarily serious, rather than positive and encouraging. He does not come across as friendly, and his communication style lacks warmth or kindness. Because of this, I would not want to visit him again.
