I saw NP Sun for a same-day urgent appointment, this was my first time seeing her. I have a complex medical history and she came in having done as much chart review as she could, which I really appreciated. I was taken seriously, and she did a very appropriate workup to evaluate the urgent situation at hand in the context of my broader health issues. I feel like that's difficult for one-off providers to do, like ones you see for urgent appointments like this, and her clinical decisions felt appropriate, safe, and right for me at the time.

Doctor Sun provides detailed information for the analysis based on my past visit, for my health question, she always gives me detailed answer, I have questions about the past colonscopy result, no body before explained to me what was going on and why? That question bothers me for almost 7 years, and she explained the result, and solved my concerns, really appreciate her attitude and knowledge
