He has a unique gift for breaking down complex medical topics into terms that are easier to evaluate, never making my spouse or myself feel rushed despite a myriad of questions. It seems rare to find a surgeon of his caliber who remains so humble and approachable-we feel completely confident and cared for under his watch. Thought he was level headed and even handed. Was seeking a second opinion as another surgeon had proposed clipping an aneurysm. My reading had Indicated side effects were much more dangerous than the original surgeon had indicated. Dr. Jackson seemed to agree - without disparaging the original surgeon. Commented that someone might go either way but given my personal preferences - It was NOT the right decision for me.
