I now realize I was not told of what to expect for the duration of the treatment and the difficulty of the recovery. A nurse should meet with patient and caretaker prior to surgery to give instructions.

Knowledgeable concerned

Dr. Gourin was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about my health issues. However, a major complaint I have is the lack of documentation for any of the exams that were conducted by Hopkins physicians.

Dr. Gourin is excellent.Her medical skills are amazing. She is friendly, down to earth, an excellent listener an communicator.

Visit was brief, rushed and perfunctory. General attitude brusque and cold. One week later from date of visit still waiting for information provider said would be forthcoming within ""hours or next day"". I left the consult feeling frustrated and disappointed and essentially back to square one.

As always, it is a breath of fresh air coming into the office
