I met her for the first time. She knew my medical history, and listened very carefully to everything I said, then provided me with not only care instructions but information about medical devices that I am using. She was courteous, professional, showed care and very informative.

Dr. Cheryl Young is amazing and took very good time talking about my current health journey and appreciated my goals and personal work toward maintaining good health. She was very detailed speaking as a professional medical clinician and via personal experiences. Cheryl Young is a shining star. She is current on all studies about my unusual condition and helps me understand the technical aspects of my self care and medication protocols. Thank you Ms. Young for taking time to explain things in a way I can understand.

Her interpersonal skills were terrible. She didn't listen, was know it all and showed no Interest In hearing about my challenges. She used scribble paper to explain the numbers to me. The sheet obviously included calculations from previous patients and wasn't separated for notes exclusive to my visit.She did offer some suggestions for my tandem pump therapy and how I can better self manage my care.

Cheryl is phenomenal!! The only thing negative is that she runs late on appointments. But at the same time, she spends as much time needed for each patient. So I know I may be seen later than scheduled appointment but I know she will not rush my visit to catch up

I have never met her before and I felt she wasn't the easiest to communicate back and forth with.
