Dr. Trevino was very thorough in her analysis and treatment of my ear disorder. I'm hopeful that she can be my ENT physician on a regular basis.

She listened well and let me talk about my situation. She did not rush me.

Dr. Guajardo was very thorough and explained what my problem is and how I can help myself with a treatment. She referred me to a Speech Therapist for additional help. I am very pleased with her as my doctor.

My experience with Dr. Trevino was excellent. I was in for a consult for a minor fractured nose. She went into great detail to explain the injury including reviewing the x-rays with me. She also identified a sinus issue and suggested remediation. Gave me a full EEAT exam.

Although this was my first visit with Dr. Trevino, she did everything possible to make sure that she understood my needs and to determine how she could best help. She checked with another colleague in the practice who she thought might be able to help, and set up an appointment with that person the same day.

Entire appointment felt rushed, was asked history questions and unable to think first then answer before another topic or question was asked. Diagnosis of past issues was based upon assumptions since I was unable to answer historical questions under time pressure. Proper diagnosis of current issue was made though.

Listened closely to my concerns and was empathetic. I didn't feel rushed at all.

Carolina Trevino-Guajardo, she is the best Dr ever. She was so nice and polite to me. She made sure I was comfortable and pain free. She communicated the entire procedure to assure me that she valued how I was feeling...She was great and when she asked me ""can you hear me now."" I truly wanted to just hug her. I can hear now thanks to her gently gifted hands.

She educated, made recommendations, called in a Rx for me that we had just talked about and it was ready, she gave opinion as to when to get a hearing aid and described the nature of my hearing loss and showed me the results of testing. Thorough visit.

Dr Trevino has always been top notch. She spends ample time with me and provides a lot of medical information regarding my problem. I'm so glad I found her.

The appointment started late and perhaps the doctor was trying to ""make up time"" by speaking too fast with a flurry of information and technical terms without time to process or ask questions, assess treatment options, or reflect. I did not feel seen or respected as a patient but felt like I was being pushed through and assembly line. The nurse was pleasant and patient.

Very clear, informative, kind, understanding, respectful of me, understood me and my problem completely and offered me good solutions for me to perform on my own at home as well as set up a follow up audiology test if I felt I wanted to pursue further.

During my visit, Dr. Trevino asked if I had any other recent health concerns. Although not related to my ears, I explained something I was going through. She was very kind and validated my feelings and situation. She cared about me as a person, which meant a great deal to me.

I have constant ear trouble because I have psoriasis in my ears. She always takes time to get them very clear and also prescribes meds to help the issue. I see her every 4 months to prevent another big ear infection that caused me to be hospitalized.

She absolutely went above and beyond in the care she provided for my son. He needed to be admitted for imagine and surgery and she called while I was in the emergency room with him to offer support. Something well beyond her job requirements and it meant so much.
