She's always has an upbeat spirit greet you when you come in for your appointment.She speaks To you with such kindness, making sure that you understand everything she's explaining to you. Doesn't mind you asking questions.

I stated my appointment did not start on time (~15 minutes late) BUT my wife and I were seen together - her appointment was scheduled for later that day. Effectively the doctor combined our visits so the results were great - except no one told me that was happening and the front office person appeared to be preoccupied with office gossip.
