He LISTENED and paid attention to the information I brought. He used the technology available to fully assess possible issues. HE THOUGHT OUTSIDE THE DIAGNOSTIC TEMPLATES and provided a diagnosis that I had not received from 3 previous docs, including Mass Eye and Ear where the doc just shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know about my presenting issue.
