Brittany was warm and responsive. She listened to me carefully, asked me a lot of questions, and explained things thoroughly. She ordered my prescriptions right away. When my test results were available, she got back to me through My Chart in a timely fashion. She is wonderful, and I told her so.

She was very comforting.

I want to add that my provider, the nurse practitioner, was patient with many questions that I asked. When someone is late for an appointment, I assume it is often because other patients have either been late or also had a lot of questions to For the provider. So as long as my provider is patient with my questions, I do not mind waiting since that meansthey Are taking the time needed with all of their patients.

The ONLY reason I put a 9 instead of a 10 on my visit is that I wanted the practitioners to take a urine sample and culture it as it is extemely difficult for me to do this relevant to the need to catheterize. They forgot to do this. That is ok.
