Dr. Hasselfeld is a great doctor. Kind, listens and is responsive. However, the ability to get into the office and see a dr without being charged an ""expedited"" fee or some other nonsense is not great. I called in June for a physical / annual exam with my primary care and cannot be seen until November - that's ridiculous and will be a reason I may consider going to another provider that isn't Hopkins. I hope Hopkins as an organization can figure out a way to get patients seen in a timely manner without it being considered an ""emergency"".
