I moved from the area so I will be finding another provider. But I feel Dr. Brenda is fantastic! She is so easy to talk to and she listens and has the best advice. I will miss her tremendously. She is full of knowledge and always gives me the best advice about managing my health issues.

Very caring, helpful and did not rush me out

I had to wait for 32 minutes before the doctor appeared. What's the point of appointment? Patients have to arrive 15 minutes early but the doctor was more than half an hour late! With no explanation nor apology.

She was very responsive and professional and showed great concern and support.

I have been going to Dr. Lapkovsky for quite a few years. She always takes the time to listen to your issues. If she feels it is not her area of expertise she will refer you to another doctor. I have always been pleased with her referrals.

The doctor was patient, personable and reassuring

Doctor is really easy to talk to and she always explains every question I have.

Dr. Lapkovsky is genuinely concerned about my health. She easy to talk to and asks me about my concerns and encourages me to do so. My recent concerns were about constant headaches. After exam, ekg and blood tests she assured me there is nothing worrisome but will give me a referral for a MRI. Her thoroughness is why my wife and I trust her fully for our health care.

I have just moved to Baltimore from Albuquerque, New Mexico. This was my first visit with Dr Lapkovsky. It was clear to me she had reviewed my medical history and was familiar with my background before she came into the exam room to meet with me. I really appreciated how thoughtfully she discussed with me all my issues and concerns and how she carefully outlined how she will work with me to address them going forward.

Comparing this clinic to others in the Hopkins system, I find everyone In this clinic to be cheerful and efficient. It truly is one of the best clinics in the system.

The office was run effeciently with no wait time. The nurse was very friendly and thoughtful. The doctor was not welcoming and very uninterested in learning about me and my health. Visit was very short and tests were ordered. This was my first experience with a Hopkins doctor and I was not impressed.

Dr. Lapkovsky is a superb physician. She has the knowledge and experience to do an excellent job, but she also demonstrates genuine interest in finding what is best for the individual patient. The day after my appointment the doctor called to inquire about my medications and inform me of some significant test results. Such attention demonstrates a caring physician in my mind.

As always, I find Dr Lapkovsky just the right fit for me. She is remarkably good at diagnosis and best treatment options for my health issue.

I have seen this Dr before as my Dr of record is [staff] from same practice! It is nice to know that if [staff] is not available there are other doctors physicians that I don't mind seeing except for [staff]. I do not find him easy to connect with and not very easy to [staff] to!

I emailed my PCP ([staff]) to ask if she would like to see me based on my symptoms. A nurse from the practice phoned me within an hour and told me that other physicians in the practice were available to see me that afternoon. I appreciate being about to see Dr. Lapkovsky, who addressed my concerns.

Annual physical. Dr. Lapkovsky knew my medical history and when given updates to my family medical history, she took it seriously and responded with appropriate concern and ordered additional testing.

Dr Lapkovsky is a very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate physician. She always arrives prepared and you know that she has done her homework. She reviews your chart, labs and any issues that she needs to understand. Dr Lapkovsky is the best!

She was fine . When she heard me wheezing she put me on prednisone and told me to come back in two weeks to see a doctor

Friendly in person. Communication from her to nurse is not great. If there is a post issue that nurse needs to come back for , she never does and we just leave. Communication via portal is very green frustrating and leads to a need to make an appointment to be properly heard. I pick young doctors on purpose but this one needs to mature and better relate to the patient. First impressions she was great.

Dr. Lapkovsky seems uninterested uninterested our appointments. She talks down to me sometimes or treats me like I'm a bad patient. Sometimes her language seems harsh.

I guess the apt did start on b time just had to wait for the dr. After I got in the room.

Dr. Lapkovsky was nice & professional, but seemed lacking in warmth & compassion. She didn't really go over my history, since this was a first visit, so I didn't get the feeling she really ""knew"" me or wanted to get to know me. Not sure if I want her to be my primary physician for that reason.
