Very pleased with this visit. The problem was taken care of while I was there along with an assessment of future need of new hearing aids.

She was both patient (with all my questions) and thorough (in the hearing test administration and follow-up explanation).

The audiologist Ms Charles realized that because I had lots of ear wax in right ear it was better to see the ear doctor to remove the eax before proceeding with ear test.

I came to see Dr. Charles to check my gearing and establish a baseline. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure I understood my current status is about normal for my age while giving tips on how to keep what hearing loss I have from too badly affecting me.
