Background

Dr. Brad Moore is an internist and nationally recognized leader in Lifestyle Medicine with more than 30 years of experience in academic medicine at The George Washington University. He brings the rigor, credibility, and depth of academic medicine together with the time, access, and personalization to Complete Concierge Care.

Throughout his career at GW, Dr. Moore has served as a clinician, educator, program builder, and mentor, caring for thousands of patients while helping shape the next generation of physicians. He was the founding Director of the Lifestyle Medicine Program at GW Medical Faculty Associates, where he helped integrate evidence-based lifestyle care into clinical practice.

Dr. Moore specializes in personalized, evidence-based lifestyle care for conditions such as cardiometabolic disease, obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome. His approach goes far beyond brief office visits, offering in-depth assessments, thoughtful coaching, and an ongoing physician–patient partnership focused on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection, and sustainable behavior change.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Moore has been deeply engaged in teaching, research, and program development, with a focus on translating lifestyle medicine into real-world clinical practice. He frequently lectures nationally and internationally on longevity, healthspan, and sustainable behavior change, and serves in advisory and leadership roles within the lifestyle medicine and nutrition communities.

Dr. Brad Moore will be offering Lifestyle Medicine in addition to his primary care offering. Dr. Moore integrates evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine with personalized medical care to address the root causes of chronic disease and improve health span. The focus extends beyond disease prevention to improving function, resilience, and overall health span at every stage of life.
