Dr. Batra is amazing. A great listener. Offers wonderful resources. Knowledgeable about everything! Knows our children and family well and considers the big picture when offering support. [staff], Dr. Batra's nurse, Is excellent, warm and also treats us like family. We are so grateful for this team! One note- Dr. Batra typically makes reference to KKI when referring to specialists. It would be great if she'd refer to Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital since JHH owns them and has no affiliation with KKI.
