I have been seeing my provider for several years and He is excellent in addressing any and all concerns that I might have

The doctor noticed a severe dryness problem and immediately prescribed a new medication to help remedy the problem. He took the time to give me detailed instructions on how to use the new medication and had those instructions printed out for me. He gave he help on how to obtain the medication. When I mentioned an eye problem he referred to another eye specialist, made sure that I would have an appointment with the new doctor before I left the scheduling office on that same visit.

I arrived at 12:45 pm. My appointment was at 1pm. I was waited on at 2 pm. It took one hour and forty minutes to do my pre work. Too long. I saw doctor at 4 pm. He was great.

Ashley Behrens spotted that I have dry eye, which presented a more complete diagnosis. He arranged that I get MIEBO to resolve the dry-eye and scheduled another session for me to look at the results.

Dr. Behrens comes across as very knowledgeable and kind. I find he doesn't always communicate his thinking clearly to me, but I still tend to understand because I have researched the condition I am receiving care for.
