Art Tan Kulatti, MD

Dr. Kulatti specializes in pediatric hematology-oncology and bone marrow transplant at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. He cares for hospitalized patients in the Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute. He joined the hospital staff in 2026.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of California, San Diego, followed by a pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship at UCSD.

He speaks English and Turkish.
