Doctor Jung was thoughtful and clear and explaining next steps and procedures. He prepared me well for what to expect. He took time to answer questions.

I would have liked to have heard about how the robotic surgical process would be performed, success rate, and normal post-op results as it pertains to me. It would be helpful to have a video or handout on the robotic surgeries performed by the doctor and team to orient patients.
