Dr was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns....Only Saw Dr Cohen for a few minutes and he was very thorough and explained everything. The Dr. Assisting spent the majority of time with me and was also very professional and helpful. Dr Cohen explained once in the room they were extremely busy with procedures which caused a delay..

I left 3 voice messages over 48 hours without getting a response. After leaving a written message through the patient portal someone replied within 2 hours and set up an emergency appointment for later that same day.

The provider is a big medical industrial complex, makes the patient feel small.

Dr. Cohen was very thorough and complete in explaining my problem, and giving me the options I had for treatment. I would recommend his office to anyone who needs urological care.
