Anam Butt, MD

Anam Butt, M.D., is a physician passionate about making healthcare feel more human, approachable and truly understandable. She joins Johns Hopkins Community Physicians after years of practice at the Cleveland Clinic.

A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Dr. Butt served as both Chief Resident and Assistant Chief Resident and received the Overstreet Award for leadership and service to family medicine. She connects with her patients through real-life experiences, translating complex medical information into practical, realistic guidance they can truly use.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Butt enjoys learning new languages, exploring new cuisines, traveling and cooking with her family. Above all, she finds her greatest joy in being a dedicated physician, wife and mother, with her children keeping her grounded, inspired and connected to what matters most.
