Dr DeZern provided a much needed consultation that answered a lot of our questions and provided much needed insight and expertise in her specialty, aplastic anemia & bone marrow transplant. DeZern arranged everything from her end. It was seem less. Issues arose with the interface with Sibley for bloodwork. They are not up to speed about the cutting edge science.
