Dr. Liu was thorough, realistic, kind, and understanding. I trusted his knowledge. He was able to confidently answer questions with a known answer and acknowledge unknowns. He thoroughly explained follow up (him vs. [staff]) and expectations moving forward. He was realistic in weighing pros and cons in life. He spent time in answering two of my questions that weren't directly related to this visit (but still related to ophthalmology), which I appreciated.

My provider is an excellent physician, he is knowledgeable and respectful!! He does NOT engage in conversation however unless prompted! I thought he would extend holiday greetings (Happy Thanksgiving) at the completion of my last OV, he did not!

The visit with the doctor felt rushed, like I was just another item off of his checklist. I would have appreciated more Q&A with the doctor and more time spent explaining my condition and what I could do to improve the general health of my eyes. Since I only see this doctor once a year, it would have been a great opportunity for him to review all of his concerns about my eyes.

I am very happy with Dr. Liu, He is always very professional and efficient.

I receive care from Dr. Liu for my medical problem of macular degeneration. Once my initial screening and eye scan are completed by his team the results are presented to Dr. Liu. He examines my eyes and completes the procedure with injection of medication to each eye. All is explained prior to being done, questions answered and follow up care and appointment made.

I waited an hour and 30 minutes till Dr. Liu saw me. He had so many patients lining up for the visit!! In order to respect his time, I wrote down a list of questions in advance. I feel bad that he had to rush to the next patient...
