Ms. Egel is a dermatology CRNP, so she is not my primary and I had never met her before. She was lovely and made me feel at ease. She was also totally available and efficient, so during the visit we got everything done completely and promptly.

During my visit that provider only explained half of what I needed to know. I had to send a message asking for clarity that should have been given at the time. As a patient, I do not know everything this provider knows about my issue. Either an assumption was made on her behalf that I knew what was next or she just didn't give me all the information I should have been given.

I had an Oncology/Hematology appointment shortly after my visit and requested if I could be seen before my scheduled appointment. They accommodated me which allowed me to keep the appointment in Annapolis on time

She is always very patient and explains either the procedure or treatment that is needed for the condition.

She told me the frozen lesions would turn red and peel off- she volunteered no info about makeup or face cream- I used the latter as always- the lesions did not turn red and peel off- theyRemained in place and got darker - when I contacted her to ask if I needed a redo she asked me to send photos which I have yet to as I need to find someone to show me how. I am leaving for 5 months on Sunday and will pursue further treatments then as lesions are cosmetic.

A skin biopsy was require. I was given instructions, an d signed an approval form. It all was top quaility procedure.
