Aliyah Pabani, M.D., M.P.H. is an Assistant Professor of Oncology at the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer at Johns Hopkins in the Upper Aerodigestive Cancer Division (UAD). She is Co-Director of the Immune-Related (IR) Toxicity Team.
Dr. Pabani completed Internal Medicine residency and Medical Oncology fellowship at the University of Alberta after which she pursued an Advanced Thoracic Oncology fellowship at Columbia University. She also received a Masters of Public Health from Harvard University.
Dr. Pabani conducts clinical and translational research in immunotherapy-related adverse events and immunotherapy in squamous cell cancers.
She cares for patients primarily at the Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Skip Viragh Outpatient Cancer Center and Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

She is absolutely one of the best physicians I have ever had. Not only does she treat me well and is honest with me, but she gives me a sense of hope. Emotional strength is just as strong if not stronger than immunological strength. I'm very fortunate to be one of her patients.

Dr. Pabani will be my new Provider as [staff] is leaving. She seems wonderful! She listened carefully, had all of my history prepared and treated me with extreme kindness and compassion. Dr. Pabani is wonderful! She is always caring and listens attentively. She is never dismissive of a patient's input. She orders appropriate tests when necessary and always follows up. I feel so fortunate to have her as one of my man doctors throughout my cancer treatment. I consider her one of the best doctors I've encountered anywhere.
