Dr Preston told me to get a stress test before my next annual visit in October, but the woman on the phone said that she didn't see the order. I therefore had to pay an extra co-pay to get Dr Preston to submit another order in person

My visit with Dr. Preston accomplished everything that it needed to accomplish. She was a good listener and particularly good at explaining things to me. She followed up on the X-Ray order and findings both by phone and My Chart. Based on the X-Ray findings she prescribed a medication to deal with the issue I am experiencing.
