Dr Harvey is very kind and understanding . She responds thru My Chart or calls when there is a problem . She attempts to put me at ease and answer all my questions. If there is a serious problem such as skin cancer she always works in an appt early to evaluate the cancer .

Thorough

First time caller with this provider. Previous doctor had moved on and wasn't sure what to expect with this visit. Since this is an annual routine inspection because of my heart transplant, she covers all the basics giving advice concerning a head cyst. I was completely satisfied with the outcome

Dr.Harvey was an amazing provider. She was so thorough and knowledgeable. I came to her as a second opinion, after having a really bad experience with another dermatology practice. She explained things in such a way that showed not only did she know what she was talking about, but that she actually cared to help me. It was definitely a breath of fresh air from my previous experience. I am happy with the care I received.

The attending and the resident were both excellent.

I spent more time with the resident than with the provider but left feeling I knew the way ahead for my care. Just wish the doctor had arrived on time.

I liked the provider. I felt she was therough. I wondered if there were other alternatives to some of the medicines recommended.

I appreciate the professionalism of Dr. Harvey and the entire care team. She takes time to listen to your concerns and she doesn't make you feel rushed.I also appreciated the Resident that assisted Dr. Harvey on my 7/22/25 visit, as I was impressed that she knew my history and asked questions (vs simply asking what brings me in today). This attention to detail makes patients feels seen and its more personable.

She was GREAT! Took her time. Explained things to me clearly. Made me feel very good about the condition. She was a great communicator.

She was nice, but very late for my appointment, about 40 minutes late. In my opinion, this is so disrespectful, and when I asked at the front desk what's happening, the lady just told me she is not late. When I again to another person, I discovered she had double-booked.
