I requested an appointment since I suspected I had the flu. I waited 2 days from my initial request made on My Chart. However I was pleased with care I received. My provider was fully engaged with my case and took care of me.

This was a pre-op visit so I had to select a provider that was not my usual primary care provider. However, if I ever have to change, I would definitely consider making Susan my primary care provider. She seemed very knowledgeable and had a great personality and bedside manner.

Didn't feel very comfortable thay she recorded pur conversation, my daughter was alsos with me and didn't feel comfortable with that. My normal provider does not do this.

The lady I saw listened to all my complaints and didn't rush me throughout the visit, she was a pleasure to see.with compassion and patience.

I had to ask for a referral for an ultra sound referral because the nurse practitioner just wanted to give me disolvable nausea medication and not understand why I was in pain in the first place. Seemed like the appointment was rushed and I was not listened too.
