She was always quick to contact me and discuss any newly issued test result. She quickly initiated action to fit me into her schedule for a followup visit within days after all of my test results were issued rather than making me wait three months until my initially scheduled followup visit. She was always up to speed on my test result and always promptly responded to the messages which I sent to her via MyChart.

I selected my provider based on available information about her training and experience, and I am glad I selected her. She was friendly, professional and somewhat persistant on where I should have a test performed, although not the most convenient for me, to get the most reliable result. I appreciate and agree with that.
