Research Summary
Dr. Putcha is interested in the role of comorbidities on clinical outcomes in the population with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). She has studied the impact of specific comorbidities such as asthma, allergic disease, and anemia, on COPD outcomes, but has also studied the general burden of comorbidities with regards to COPD outcomes.
