Dr. Nana was very kind, thorough and knowledgeable about vestibular issues and had ideas and suggestions for my improvement and possible medication adjustments to discuss with my primary neurologist [staff]. This was the first time I met with her and I felt very comfortable with her and glad she really seemed to understand the problems I experience with vestibular damage and it can be difficult to explain to others sometimes.

I really appreciate it how she made time to see me the very next day for my appointment since I messed up and thought that my appointment was the next day and not the day she called me.

I did not feel heard at all, since I wasn't exhibiting the symptoms at the time of my appt. She kept telling what I felt. If I said I felt something she would say no or maybe it was a little bit.
