She definitely cares about her patients! As for the last question- I had given enough context that it wouldn't have made sense to ask.

This was a pre-op visit. Both the provider (J. Sewell) and the nurse ([staff]) provided excellent care and explained every step very clearly.

They are overall, wonderful. This time there was a mix up, and we were not called to see our PA until after all other patients had left. Somehow, they didnt record that we had arrived. Thought we were a ""no show"" but we were in the waiting room all along. We had checked in at the from dest upon arrival. Somehow it didn't get communicated to our PA that we had arrived.

First she cared and was concerned about me. She has a ""very good bedside manner."" She spoke to me without judgement or belittling.

Jess does not need any new patients. Yes, she's amazing and one of the best clinicians you'll ever meet but y'all can stop with the new people. Folks that have been her patients for years have to wait six months to be seen. Not cool. Also, stop changing her nurse; that's annoying.
