Dr. Yacoub is a fantastic provider. She asked for my health history leading up to my appointment so that she could better treat me. She explained my condition and treatment courses in detail and met with me twice in one week to make sure I was getting on the right track of treatment.

I have only seen Dr. Yacoub twice, both times for really severe migraine headaches, and each time I came away super impressed. She is compassionate, she listens well, and she had information about my condition that I didn't expect me to have as an urgent visit provider. She came up with a plan that took my concerns into consideration, and her plan worked. I really hope that I see her next time I have an urgent visit need for headache neurologist.

I had a great visit with the provider once we got connected but waited for over half an hour for the provider to join the call then I left the call. No one from the office let me know that the doctor was running that far behind. After I left the call then someone from the office called to reschedule my appointment and then the doctor was only a few minutes late
